Since 1994, DriveTeam, Inc. has trained police officers from 120 departments across Ohio in emergency response and pursuit driving techniques. This training is done through DriveTeam’s Emergency Response Operations Courses (EROC) division. Results show significant decreases in police crash rates and increased officer and public safety. Two-Day Emergency Response & Pursuit Course
Day One – Classroom

- Vehicle Dynamics and the limits of adhesion.
- Driver limitations
- Hands-on experience with ABS, Traction Control and ESP safety systems
Day Two – Classroom
- Define pursuit guidelines
- Advanced vehicle dynamics
- Pre/Post tests to meet course objectives
Day Two – Driving Range
- Pursuit scenarios
- SkidCar training to safely experience:Front-end “Push”, Rear-end “Loose”, and All Wheel Skids

Hemi-Cruiser Course
Vehicle Dynamics curriculum focusing on:
- New chassis
- Hemi characteristics and limitations.
- Understanding how to use E.S.P. (a must!)
